'primitive-_exit' upon 'system-error.
(suggest-command-name, validate-exit-status): New procedures.
(launch-environment/fork): Call 'validate-exit-status'.
(launch-environment/container)[exit/status*]: New procedure.
Use it instead of 'exit/status'.
