genimage: Add patch needed for the test on ARM architectures.
* gnu/packages/patches/genimage-signedness.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/genimage.scm (genimage)[source]: Add patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register patch.
