gnu: weechat: Dynamically link against libpython2.7.so.
* gnu/packages/patches/weechat-python.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/weechat.scm (weechat)[source]: Use it.
