gnu: anystyle: Use GDBM by default.
Since we have GDBM available, it offers a smaller memory footprint
and faster start-up.
* gnu/packages/ruby.scm (anystyle)[arguments]<#:phases>: Add phase
'change-default-dictionary-adapter'.
