gnu: opencascade-oce: Fix build with glibc 2.26.
* gnu/packages/patches/opencascade-oce-glibc-2.26.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/maths.scm (opencascade-oce)[source]: Use it.
