gnu: libvpx: Add fix for CVE-2016-2818.
* gnu/packages/patches/libvpx-CVE-2016-2818.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/video.scm (libvpx)[source]: Add patch.
