gnu: libgnome: Adjust for latest GLib.
* gnu/packages/patches/libgnome-encoding.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (libgnome)[source]: Use it.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
