gnu: intltool: Fix a compatibility issue with Perl 5.26.0.
* gnu/packages/patches/intltool-perl-compatibility.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/glib.scm (intltool)[source]: Use it.
