gnu: ghc-diff: Patch to work with newer QuickCheck.
* gnu/packages/patches/ghc-diff-swap-cover-args.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk: Add it.
* gnu/packages/haskell-xyz.scm (ghc-diff): Use it.
