gnu: gnucash: Enable libofx support.
* gnu/packages/gnucash.scm (gnucash)[arguments]: Remove '-DWITH_OFX=OFF'
configure flag to enable libofx support.
[inputs]: Add libofx.
[propagated-inputs]: Add dconf.
