* gnu/packages/python.scm (python-cython, python2-cython): Update to 0.26.
[source]: Remove patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/python-cython-fix-tests-32bit.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
