(connect-to-remote-daemon): New procedure. (%gc-root-file, register-gc-root, remove-gc-roots, offload): Remove. (transfer-and-offload): Rewrite using 'connect-to-remote-daemon' and RPCs over SSH. (store-import-channel, store-export-channel): New procedures.
