(u-boot): Update to 2021.10. Add patch fixing build without openssl. (u-boot-qemu-riscv64-smode): Add patch fixing build without openssl. (u-boot-tools): Adjust phases to disable CONFIG_TOOLS_LIBCRYPTO.
