(launch-environment, launch-environment/container, requisites*,
inputs->requisites): New procedures.
(guix-environment): Spawn new process in a container when requested.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix environment): Document it.
* tests/guix-environment-container.sh: New file.
* Makefile.am (SH_TESTS): Add it.
