guix build: Add '--rounds'.

* guix/scripts/build.scm (show-build-options-help)
(%standard-build-options): Add --rounds.
(set-build-options-from-command-line): Honor it.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix build): Document it.
* doc/contributing.texi (Submitting Patches): Mention it.
