gnu: python-jsonschema: Fix test suite.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-jsonschema)[arguments]: Adjust
custom 'check phase to honor #:tests and to set the
JSON_SCHEMA_TEST_SUTE environment variable.
