gnu: python-versioneer: Add support for Guix build directories.
* gnu/packages/patches/python-versioneer-guix-support.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-versioneer)[source](patches): New field.
