gnu: libarchive: Fix a potential security issue.

* gnu/packages/backup.scm (libarchive)[replacement]: New field.
(libarchive/fixed): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/libarchive-remove-potential-backdoor.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
