gnu: efl: Fix build on 32-bit architectures.
* gnu/packages/patches/efl-mesa-compat.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/enlightenment.scm (efl)[source](patches): Use it.
