gnu: Remove QuiteRSS due to dependency on QtWebKit.
According to the upstream developers, "Unfortunately, qtwebkit won't
work without it. Everything is very much tied to qtwebkit."

Other distros are removing this package as part of the effort to remove
QtWebKit:
