gnu: python-pari-jupyter: Do not propagate 'python-ipykernel'.
Failing that, Guix-Jupyter sees both kernels in environments containing
python-pari-jupyter and its ";;guix environment" command thus fails.

Move PYTHON-IPYKERNEL to...
