gnu: jellyfish: Remove Ruby bindings.
These bindings no longer build and we have no package that would need them.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (jellyfish)[outputs]: Remove "ruby" output.
[arguments]: Remove option for building Ruby bindings.
[native-inputs]: Remove ruby.
