distro: libsigsegv: Use a single output.
* distro/packages/libsigsegv.scm (libsigsegv): Use just a single output, otherwise nothing ends up in `out' as a consequence of commit a06a99f. Reported by Andreas Enge <andreas@enge.fr>.
