gnu: python-ukpostcodeparser: Update to 1.1.2.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-ukpostcodeparser): Update to
1.1.2.
[arguments]: Replace 'check phase to run tests with pytest, ignoring
failing lowercase tests.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest.
