inferior: 'cached-channel-instance' always returns a directory.
This is a followup to b1fc98d6b063a117fe2bcc19a60c8b9a48301593.
* guix/inferior.scm (cached-channel-instance): When AUTHENTICATE? is
false, return (derivation->output-path profile).
